Who We Are
DMP Ministries, Inc., is a non-profit 501(c)3 Christian organization established in 2004 to honor the legacy of Dana Michelle Pettaway, a vibrant 16-year-old who served God and others wholeheartedly, while maintaining academic excellence and leading many worthwhile projects. Though her life was short, DMP Ministries picks up her torch of service as we carry out our mission statement,
“To change the world, one person at a time, by encouraging, mentoring and rewarding youth and young adults as they use their God-given talents and abilities in loving service to others”.

We are excited to announce the Seventh Annual DMP Servant’s Heart Golf Classic, to be held at the beautiful, private course of Northgate Country Club. Golfers will enjoy first-class amenities, a fun tourney, great prizes, and an appetizing hot meal! This year’s tournament promises to be the best yet!
To Date, DMP Has Provided
- 75 scholarships, totaling $150,000, to college-bound high school seniors since 2006. Winners of this Scholarship are outstanding students who provide initiation and leadership of service projects to better our communities.
- Numerous etiquette workshops for all ages through our “All Occasion Etiquette” program to polish social skills and increase self-esteem.
- The distribution of Dana’s published journal, “After God’s Own Heart”, which gives readers a candid look into a devoted life of service
Through your participation, either as a golfer or sponsor, your proceeds will serve to enrich the lives of children and teens, in tangible ways, for a better tomorrow!
