Janice Pettaway
Janice Pettaway is Co-founder and Executive Director of DMP Ministries, Inc. She oversees the day-to-day operation of the organization, and is a motivator and mentor to volunteers and staff.
As a Certified Etiquette Instructor, she facilitates the DMP “All Occasion Etiquette” workshops for children, youth and young adults to polish and prepare them for successful social interactions. Shortly after the death of her teenage daughter, Dana, Mrs. Pettaway compiled Dana’s journal writings into a book entitled, “After God’s Own Heart”.
These unedited writings reveal the innermost thoughts and prayers of a true servant of God, and documents God’s answers to her prayers. This book has been distributed widely and is used as an evangelistic tool for youth groups, book clubs, and those desiring a closer relationship with the Lord.
Janice Pettaway is a member of Refuge Temple Ministries where she serves as an administrator for the New Member’s classes. In July 2014, her pastor, Bishop Wendell Archie, recognized her as a “Woman of good report, full of spirit and of wisdom”.
