Emerie McCann

University of Texas at Austin

Emerie graduated from Young Women’s College Preparatory Academy where she was an AP Scholar, Valedictorian of her class, received the Principal’s Award for Community Service, the Outstanding Academic Excellence Award, and was President of the Society of Women Engineers. Emerie serves in many roles in her church, school and community with 500+ volunteer hours!
She will attend the Univ. of TX at Austin.

Joshua Rogers

University of Mary Hardin-Baylor

Joshua graduated from Humble High School in the top 10%, with a 5.12 GPA. He received the National Honors Society Service Leader Award, and was commended for the “All A’s Honor Roll” for 4 straight years. “I gave my whole life; my troubles, my pain, my time, my love, and my service to God.” Joshua’s dedication to service proves his determination to make an impact.
He will attend the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Abigail Ma

University of Texas at Austin

Abigail graduated from Jersey Village High School with a 6.78 GPA. She was a National Merit Commended Student, and AP Scholar with Distinction, and recognized for the highest grades in 1) Honors Computer Science, 2) Dual Credit Pre-calculus, and 3) AP English III. Abigail is a servant leader in her church, serves in her school, and has completed over 500 community service hours.
She will attend the University of Texas at Austin.

Cole Robinson

University of Oklahoma

Cole graduated from Fort Bend Christian Academy. Cole earned the National Merit Community Service Award, Superior Community Service Award, and the Gold Medal 100 Club Community Service Award, despite his ADHD diagnosis. Cole leads by example, and played bass guitar for the school’s praise band. Among his many roles at church, he is also President of the Youth Usher Board. He’s described as God-fearing, trustworthy and compassionate.
Cole will attend the University of Oklahoma.

Angelica Lieu

Texas A & M University

Angelica graduated from Clear Horizons Early College High School, with a 4.95 GPA. She was the Class of 2024 Valedictorian, 3-Year Superintendent Scholar, and earned the Service Learning Award and the AP Scholar Award. Angelica held many offices in high school, while clocking 300+ community service hours. She is described by a church leader as having strong biblical character, constant in kindness and gentleness, and always respectful.
Angelica will attend Texas A & M University.

Layla Williams

Xavier University of New Orleans

Layla graduated from William B. Travis High School with a 4.2 GPA. Layla earned the Barbara James Gold Service Award (263 Medical Volunteering Hours), in addition to many honors and awards for her academic success. The Assistant Principal notes she is a natural servant and supple leader with outstanding character and a true work ethic. Layla regularly seeks out opportunities to make a difference.
She will attend Xavier University of New Orleans.

Joshua Tolentino

University of Texas at Austin

Joshua graduated from Memorial Senior High School, with a GPA of 6.34. He was a National Merit Finalist, received the National Hispanic Recognition Award, and the AP Scholar with Honor Award. He also received the Golden President’s Volunteer Service Award, twice. At church, he is a Youth Worship Leader and an audiovisual technician. “Worship is a big part of maintaining a healthy relationship with God”.
Joshua will attend the University of TX at Austin.
